These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creator Toolbox AI ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
- Prices exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
4. Your content
You own the content you submit and the outputs generated for you, subject to the rights of underlying model providers. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate the Service.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or acting on them.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its branding and software, is owned by us and our licensors. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
