We want Creator Toolbox AI to be a safe, useful place for creators. By using the Service you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms.

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
• Generate CSAM or any sexual content involving minors.
• Harass, defame, or threaten any person or group.
• Produce content promoting self-harm, violence, or terrorism.
• Create malware, phishing, or fraudulent material.
• Impersonate a real person without clear disclosure and consent.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs at scale without permission.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage quotas.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying models.

AI-specific rules

• Do not present AI-generated content as human-authored when disclosure is legally required.
• Do not use outputs to make consequential decisions about people (hiring, credit, health, legal) without meaningful human review.

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
