New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the first charge, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage. Just email billing@creator-tool.shop from your account address.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel from your account settings at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Annual plans

Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that, annual plans are non-refundable but cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory refund rights that apply in your jurisdiction (for example, the EU 14-day withdrawal right).
