Creator Toolbox AI ("we", "us") builds AI tools for content creators. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — email, display name, avatar, hashed password (or OAuth identifier).
  • Usage data — tools used, prompts, generated outputs, IP address, browser, and coarse device metadata.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor. We store only the last four digits of the card, brand, subscription plan, and status.
  • Support data — messages you send us via contact forms or email.

2. How we use your information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Provide customer support and communicate about your account.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, account alerts).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process your data on the bases of contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (marketing, optional cookies), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share data with vetted subprocessors that help us run the product — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and payments. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request deletion at any time.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU).
